Things I’ve eaten/will eat today (just to keep track of whether I’m eating well or just fooling myself):
Breakfast - A cup of English Breakfast tea (from England) with lowfat milk and three teaspoons of sugar.
Lunch - A chorizo sandwich on baguette and a mini beer from that weird place roasting meat in front of my house, as if we were in medieval times.
After-nap snack - A Coke.
With my six o’clock students - Two chocolate-filled muffins and a glass of nonfat milk.
Dinner (to be had) - A chicken parmesan patty melt with sautéed variety of mushrooms with garlic. Yum.
