food diary
Today, if all goes according to plan.
Breakfast - I’m currently having a Greek yoghurt with strawberries and a caffeine- and sugar-free fruit tea when what I wish I were having is a glass of milk and a chocolate muffin like the ones I ate yesterday.
Lunch - Probably vegetable spaghetti with carbonara and mushrooms, to use up the rest of the sauce. A mini-portion, no fear.
Dinner - Another chicken parmesan melt - minimal bread - this only with a mug of mushroom soup.
If we’re lucky, there’ll be no snacks…
