food (after days of breaking the diet)
Breakfast - A piece of Spanish carbonara potato omelette and a ridiculously large coffee.
Lunch - A frozen ham and cheese panini thing and a little mug of soup.
Dinner - A gigantic Caesar salad, a chicken hamburger with no bun and a mug of soup.
And yet, I still feel super heavy (and weigh loads) in spite of having worked out this morning. Let’s see how I’m doing tomorrow.
